IOGT World Congress
When?
Active’s summer camp and congress and IOGT World Congress 2010 takes place in Fredrikstad in Norway during the first week of August 2010. It’s called “Experience 2010″ because we believe it will be a unique mix of togetherness and inspiration.
The congress itself will happen from Tuesday August 3 to Friday August 6.
Where?
The congress hall is called Kongsten hall, reserved for IOGT. Kongsten hall is located in Fredrikstad, a little town in Norway. Read more about time and place here.
What?
IOGT World congress will happen inside doors where important decision making will happen, to decide the future for IOGT International, with representatives from all countries. If you’re not choosen to be a delegate, you may as well participate, but you have no right to vote.
IOGT members which do not want to participate the congress choose in a diversity of workshops, sports and trips. At night-time there will be cultural and social gatherings, ending with the big banquet on Friday night. Meet friends and get new ones in the night cafe or in several other informal meeting places.
