Delegates/participants: 2090 NOK (235 Euro*) . The price for children under 12 years i 440 NOK.
The congress takes place from Tuesday August 3rd with departure Saterday August 7nd. Accommodation and meals except for dinner on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is not included in the price. Category A: 1265 NOK
Category B: 77: Euro
Category C: 55 Euro
Category O: 2695 NOK
Active camp and congress takes place from sunday July 31st with departure on Saturday august 7nd. All the prices includes accommodation at Gudeberg school. For more information, please read the accommodations page.
Category A is Western Europe (old EU before 2003, including Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Faroe Island and Malta)
Category B is Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Cyprus
Category C is Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Moldova.
Category O is for participants over the age of 30, from all countries.
The price for children under 12 years is 400 NOK.
Scholarships
We know that Norway is an expensive country, and that many participants at the camp has a long way to travel. Therefore we have already subsidised the participation fee significantly compared to what the real costs for food, accomodation and all the activities are. Hopefully this will make it easier for many of you to come.
In addition to this we hope to offer some scholarships to those of you who need it, whether this is for accommodation or for travelling to Norway. At the moment we can`t say for sure how many we can offer because we havn`t got positive affirmation from all those we have asked to contribute yet. And if some of them says no, then we will need to see if there are other alternatives.
But to make it easier for us to see what the need is we will set a deadline for applying for scholarships to May 1st. We therefore ask that you send to help@experience2010.no besides your name, the amount that you are applying for. If you also can give us some estimate of what you can afford yourselves it will also be good.
After May 1st we will try to give a fast reply to those who will be getting scholarships to the camp. You should apply for scholarships even though you havn`t registered for the camp yet.
